Katie McHugh, MD
Dr. Katherine “Katie” McHugh (she/her) is a trauma-informed, evidence-based physician who prioritizes compassion and advocacy in the care of her patients. She views her practice as extending out of the exam room and into the community and knows that health care is not just what happens during a doctor’s visit. She is a board-certified OB/GYN, licensed in Indiana, Ohio, and Maryland.

Dr. McHugh is a board certified OB/GYN who specializes in chronic pelvic pain and reproductive health. She is known for her charismatic personality and humor, deep connections with patients, and her empathy in difficult situations. Dr. McHugh is a steadfast advocate for patients and their communities and an outspoken activist of comprehensive reproductive health care.
Human Being
Dr. McHugh is a queer, cis woman who delights in her two teenaged children and is lucky to be partnered with an incredible woman. Together, the family enjoys game nights, good food, and their ridiculous dogs.
To top off this full life, Dr. McHugh is involved in a number of local and national non-profit Boards and enjoys overwatering her frankly alarming number of houseplants.
